100 days of summer

A playful laugh at the edge of the pool mingles with shimmering reflections in the water. There are days that seem endless, like summer itself: Sun-drenched, seductive, carefree. In „100 days of summer“, times and places become blurred – dreamlike scenes of a never-ending summer, removed from reality.

One Swallow Does Not Make a Summer was a collective exhibition project by artists who met through seminars at the Ostkreuz School of Photography. Curated collaboratively, the exhibition brought together works originally created as independent series and recontextualized them within a shared spatial arrangement. By drawing the photographs out of their original narratives and placing them in dialogue with one another, the exhibition opened up new connections, tensions, and readings—allowing individual perspectives to merge into a multifaceted, collective experience.
